  • Children under 2 years will be considered infants and entry will be free of cost for Dubai Dolphinarium.
  • Gates open 45 minutes prior to the show, all guests must be seated at least 30 minutes prior to your chosen show time at Dubai Dolphinarium.
  • VIP seats are located at the centre section of the arena while Regular seats are located at the sides at Dubai Dolphinarium.
  • A minimum of two persons is required to avail of the tickets for transfers.
  • The Dolphinarium is closed on Tuesdays.
  • To enter creek park 05 DHS will be charged at Dubai Dolphinarium.
  • Please arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the session commences at Dubai Dolphinarium.
  • Shared transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)
  • The timings for transfers may vary, depending on traffic conditions and your location at Dubai Dolphinarium.
  • The entry fee for tourists will be 5 AED (Ticket) and for UAE residents entry fee will be 30 AED (NOL card), this charge is made by Dubai Municipality and is non-negotiable at Dubai Dolphinarium.
  • Monday, Friday & Saturday at 11:00 am and Friday at 6:00 pm are free seating for regular seats. Be early to get good seats at Dubai Dolphinarium.
  • For water activity, Children must be 8 years old and above, and confident swimmers at Dubai Dolphinarium.
  • Children between ages 2 to 11 years will be considered as children and charged child rates. Children above the age of 11 years will be considered an adult and charged the adult rate at Dubai Dolphinarium.
  • ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival.
  • All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details upon arrival.
  • Bring the ticket voucher along with your passport copy or Emirates ID and present it to the At the Top 'Will Call' counter at Burj khalifa.
  • The Booking Confirmation is valid only for the specific date and time shown thereon and shall automatically expire upon the lapse of this specific date and time at Burj khalifa.
  • There may be a line at the observation deck exhibits at Burj khalifa.
  • Open-dated ticket for Burj khalifa is valid for non-prime hours only at Burj khalifa.
  • No food or beverages are allowed at "At the Top” of Burj Khalifa.
  • Children under the age of 4 can avail package free of cost at Burj khalifa.
  • Dubai Fountain schedule: Daily except Friday: 13:00 & 13:30 and Friday: 13:30 & 14:00 at Burj khalifa.
  • Prime hours are subject to change at Burj khalifa.
  • Last entry 45 minutes prior to close at Burj khalifa.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
