Exotic Bird Show: 12:15 PM, 3:15 PM, & 7:15 PM (Monday- Saturday)

  • By Bus: Several bus routes serve the Dolphinarium, including numbers 26, 27, 10, 28, 6, 50, and 67. If you are at Dubai Mall, catch the bus at Clock Tower 2 and alight at the Oud Metha Road bus stop, which is just 1.2 kilometers away from the Dolphinarium.

  • Gates open 45 minutes prior to the show, all guests must be seated at least 30 minutes prior to your chosen show time.
  • The Dolphinarium is closed on Tuesday.
  • ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival.
  • All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details upon arrival.
  • VIP seats are located at the center section of the arena while Regular seats are located at the sides.
  • COVID-19 related guidelines issued by the respective state authorities is to be followed mandatorily.

For bookings made between 12:00 AM to 07:59 AM (UTC+05:30), you will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 9 hours of successful booking.

Refund Policy

Refunds in the Thrillophilia wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.

Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.
