Hello .  The experience started well when we booked tickets online and went in very quickly without taking turns. The trip was amazing. The beautiful scenery and walking on the glass at an altitude of 229 meters was very enjoyable.

It was quite difficult to find the place (direct access from the station!!) but once you do - the experience is INCREDIBLE! Everything was quick, smooth, the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The slide is just a couple of seconds but so worth it especially that you get to experience glass walk and beautiful views for however long you want. The only thing you don't see is The Palm but I don't think there's a better view on Burj Khalifa than from the Sky Observatory, so I do recommend it!

By Metro: Take the metro's red line to the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station. Sky Views is located less than a 6-minute walk from the station.

By Bus: Buses 30, D03, D03A, and F13 will take you to the Dubai Mall Landside 1 bus stop. The Sky Views Observatory is approximately a 6-minute walk away.

  • All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival.
  • ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid id proof.
  • During the sliding experience, a specific rug/mat must be used.
