What is Paintball?
Paintball is an exhilarating game which is gaining massive popularity all over the world. The game originated in the US back in the 80s and it is played between groups or individuals where one group competes against each other by shooting with paint filled pellets. A gas powered gun is used to shoot the pellets and the game objective is to eliminate as many players as possible from the other groups.
Fake obstacles, fortresses, bunkers, barricades, bridges, forests etc are used to create a warlike environment to support different scenarios. There are several scenarios or scripted sessions in which this game is played and each scenario lasts for about 15 to 20 minutes. This game can be played both indoors and outdoors.

Pursuit Games (Jebel Ali Shooting Club) - This is one of the first paintball facilities in the Middle East and it is located in the Jebel Ali Shooting Club in Dubai. This facility was started in 1996 and offers both indoor and outdoor battlefields. Pursuit Games also offers a special package just for kids between the age of 10 to 12 years old known as the Pee Wee package which comes complete with standard gears and equipment. Besides the regular deals Pursuit Games also offers packages such as Econo, Freak, Rambo and Weekend Warriors which depends on duration, number of paintballs and gears.
Battle Park Dubai - This is one of the largest paintball playing fields in the UAE and it is the best one in Dubai. The Park has 7 indoor and outdoor themed battlegrounds like Desert Storm, Junkyard Raid, Forest Fire, Urban Assault, Nuclear Warfare, Zombie Warfare and Castle Siege.
Wonderland Paintball - This Paintball field features a forest theme battlefield and it is located along the highway between Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Coveralls will be given at the paintball gaming venue but you will need to wear comfortable sports wear which you wouldn't mind getting soiled. The coveralls given at the paintball venue come in all sizes for kids as well as adults. Wear the given goggles properly to ensure you do not hurt your eyes while playing. Most importantly wear comfortable sports shoes with a good grip so that you can run and freely move through all kinds of terrain at the grounds.
