Though all the floors of Burj Khalifa are open throughout the day, the best time to visit the attraction is during the non-prime hours. Due to less crowds, it is recommended to admire the spectacular views from At the Top SkyDeck, the observatory from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM in the morning, 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM in the afternoon, and 8:30 PM in the night.
